Efficient Contract Manufacturing – from Small to Large Production Runs

Do you require rolled components, but the planned quantities do not justify investing in your own machine?

In addition to process development and toolmaking, testing and prototype production, we also offer contract manufacturing services for small to large production runs upon request. Depending on your requirements and production volumes, cost-effective solutions can be implemented using manual loading, semi-automated or fully automated production processes.

For this purpose, various ROLLOTRONIC® machines in different sizes and configurations are available for production. With our current machine and tooling concept, wall thicknesses of up to 1.2 mm in high-strength steel alloys and up to 2.5 mm in aluminium, copper and other soft material alloys can be reliably cold-formed.
