- “Crane-hook” machine: today’s Rollotronic® systems can even be transported and relocated using a pallet truck
- “Plug and play”: a three-phase connection is all it takes and the system is ready for operation!
Rollotronic® 2.000 E²S
The Rollotronic® 2.000 is a well-proven classic. Its solid basic design makes the system almost indestructible. Due to steadily increasing requirements, the system has now been reinforced as standard (“s”). In the new all-electric E²S version, the Rollotronic® no longer requires resources such as compressed air or hydraulic oil.
The compact design as a stand-alone system and the sole power supply via electricity create maximum flexibility for production-oriented installation and ensure the most energy-efficient operation possible. Thanks to the central machine control with modern CNC technology, all process-relevant parameters can be specified, controlled, and stored product-specifically for recurring series applications via recipe management in a flexible, precise, and reproducible manner. This offers maximum setup convenience, reduces setup times during operation, and thus ensures high system productivity.

We usually keep the Rollotronic® E²S machine type in stock in the proven standard version so that we can deliver it quickly and reliably to our customers after minor product-specific adjustments and a successful test run. This way, you lose no time and always stay one step ahead of the market.
Rollotronic® T.O.X.
The Rollotronic® 2.000 T.O.X. is a current further development that is currently undergoing testing in our test field. The latest variant of the Rollotronic® 2.000 family includes an additional force axis, which is intended, among other things, to make it possible to reduce the thinning of the wall thickness during radial forming through additional axial force/stress superposition.

Rollotronic® EHS (In Development)

The Rollotronic® EHS (“Electronic High Speed”) is a very promising machine concept from the past. We are currently planning its revival to expand our market.
With an additional processing axis and horizontal arrangement, the central roll-forming disc oscillates between two external, alternately loaded tool shafts. Dwelling times and thus unused idle times due to part changes are eliminated. The system is small, compact, and operates at a fast cycle rate with almost double the output of previous models. Fast mechanics paired with state-of-the-art control and drive technology are expected to bring a technological leap that will also open up the mass market for high-quality consumer goods.

For thicker-walled parts, a reinforced version (EHS²) is also planned here.
Once the market demand has been clarified, work can begin. If you need “compact” components several million times per year, we should talk!
